PrezentBox let's family and friends contribute to kids activities instead of more 'stuff' for their next occasion. The team at PrezentBox approached us with a challenge to recruit activity providers (most importantly get the tier 1 sporting codes onboard), recruit parents to register for the platform and then promote use of the platform. Previously they had spent a huge amount of money on Facebook Ads with minimal return and needed a more comprehensive marketing solution with a multitude of tactics.
We started with a marketing strategy, a 6 month marketing calendar and a rebrand (including branding elements, colours and messaging). We had to lift the brand to a level that the tier 1 sporting codes would be happy to associate with. The brand refresh included redesigning the website, writing the copy, redesigning brochures, pull up banners, sales presentations... the lot. We also implemented a huge number of grass roots marketing efforts and BD tactics that increased acquisition for minimal cost. We implemented a strong LinkedIn strategy that resulted in meetings with almost every tier sporting code, as well as large associations and influencers in kids sport. We have now signed Cricket Australia, Australian Swim Schools Association, Table Tennis Australia, Gymnastics Australia.. and have many more awaiting final decisions.

Setup LinkedIn strategies that resulted in 20+ meetings with top tier sporting codes, refined the presentation to close these codes. Cricket Australia and others are now onboard.
Shaped the event plan and focus on acquiring the audiences of the activity providers. Focus was on retention and relapsed customers of the activity providers. Marketing through our activity providers is the phase 1 acquisition.
Shaped the sales presentation to look professional, speak to problems and needs and convert.
